ACA Partners With Sharecare to Educate Consumers About Chiropractic
ACA has partnered with Sharecare, Inc. - a new company created by Internet entrepreneur Jeff Arnold, and Dr. Mehmet Oz, a leading cardiac surgeon, health expert and host of "The Dr. Oz Show," along with Harpo Studios, Sony Pictures Television and Discovery Communications - to answer health and wellness questions on the company's soon-to-be-launched interactive Web site.
In addition to ACA, Sharecare has partnered with other major national associations in health care, along with prominent nonprofit and professional societies that represent the world's leading medical expertise. From the American Red Cross to Challenge America to the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Sharecare is bringing together the top minds in the health care field to provide consumers with multiple perspectives within a single Web site dedicated to improving health. This information will arm patients with all their options in regard to health care, and empower them to make better, more informed choices.
Look for the launch of Sharecare.com in mid-October.
