WFC Announces Newest Corporate Associate Member

The World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) has announced its newest corporate associate member for the first quarter of 2009. Santa Cruz Holistics, based in Watsonville, Calif., joins the WFC at the bronze level for its first year, and in so doing, joins a growing list of WFC corporate associate members, which provide a wide range of goods and services that support the growth of the profession worldwide.

"The World Federation appreciates and values the support of so many outstanding organizations around the world," commented WFC President Stathis Papadopoulos, DC. "You enable us to continue to develop the profession as a stronger, integral part of international healthcare. We thank you for doing your part of the evolution of our profession."

New York's highest court of appeals has held that no-fault insurers cannot deny no-fault benefits where they unilaterally determine that a provider has committed misconduct based upon alleged fraudulent conduct.
