The Proposal

NCMIC's challenge is to create a unique professional image for each of their subsidiary companies. While the NCMIC name gives them a reputation for quality, each company needs a distinct identity if they are going to be able to market their services effectively. This proposal includes advertising opportunities for NCMIC Insurance Company, NFC Finance Corporation and Triad Healthcare.

Student Section Sponsorship

One of the most important markets for NCMIC Insurance is the graduating chiropractic student. This is also the segment of the chiropractic profession that is the most computer literate. Chiroweb features a special section for chiropractic students which includes: Ô

off about the issues that they feel strongest about.Æ(#Æ

students can post online classified listings for positions, partnerships and other opportunities they looking for. This section is also featured in the ChiroMart section as well.Æ(#Æ

colleges complete with links to their websites.Æ(#Æ

NCMIC's exclusive sponsorship of the entire Student Section would include being featured on all banners on all Student Section web pages and a special sponsorship header on the Student main menu (go to http://www.chiroweb.com/students to view the current NCMIC sponsorship header). This would yield an estimated 55 - 60,000 impressions to mostly chiropractic students throughout the year. The cost for exclusively sponsoring Chiroweb's Student Section would be $6,000 as it was last year.

Suppliers' Directory Listing

Each week, approximately 500 visitors seek and find chiropractic companies through the Suppliers' Directory. In an effort to create distinct identities, each of the subsidiary companies would be featured in the alphabetic directory and in their own categories:

NCMIC Insurance Company - Insurance - Malpractice, Communication Services

NFC Finance Corporation - Financial Services, Leasing Services

Triad Healthcare Inc. - Managed Care Organizations

Each companies' listing would include company name, address, phone number, fax number, web site address, e-mail address and a 50-75 word description would be featured on your listing. In addition, this listing would be programmed so that a DC or student could "click" on the web site link and be transported right to that company's particular section on the NCMIC web site. The cost for a one year listing with a programming link would be $400 per company.

Rotating Banner Ads

At the top of the 7,500 pages in Chiroweb is an advertising banner. Most of the impressions are experienced on the 15-20 primary web pages (section main menus, forums, chats, etc.) Besides being the exclusive sponsor for the entire Student Section, NCMIC Insurance Company, NFC Finance Corporation and Triad Healthcare would each have a banner that would rotate monthly to one of these primary webÔ different audiences.

When the DC "clicks" on the banner they would be immediately transported to the NCMIC web site and the specific section that applies to the particular subsidiary. The cost for the banner would be $100 per month or $1,000 per year for each company.

Á Between the accesses into the Suppliers' Directory, and the impressions from banners in the Student Section and the rotating banner, the three NCMIC subsidiary companies would receive exposure to well over 200,000 visits. This would not only provide a constant reminder of each company's presence in the chiropractic profession, but would also result in significant traffic to the various sections of NCMIC's web site.
