Are You Listening?

Hello, are you out there? This is Stanley Greenfield calling the chiropractic community. Are you listening? Based on some of the sad tales of woe that I hear, I don't think so. I am here every month as I have been for over 11 years now, giving you ideas that can be put into use immediately that will save you thousands of dollars and many hours of aggravation, and what do you do? You read my ideas and then, as if you had the world by the tail, you just turn the page to see if everyone else is having as much trouble as you are. The truth is, you aren't listening!

If you had been listening, you would be in full control of your finances and your financial future. You would be happy, and best of all, you would be having fun. Are you having fun yet? Like I said, you haven't been listening!

Dynamic Chiropractic has gone to great expense to set up and maintain a website which allows you to not only read the journal on line, but also to contact each of the columnists and ask them questions. Be totally honest with me now. Have you taken advantage of this wonderful service? It's time to catch up with the rest of the world and get on line. You can use that computer for more than just playing games!

In the majority of my articles, I offer to send you forms so that you can work out your own financial solutions. All you have to do is just put a self-addressed stamped envelope in the mail.

What's your excuse now?

A. I didn't read that far.
B. I thought it was a Y2K hoax.
C. I didn't want to get involved in a cult.
D. I didn't have an envelope.
E. I didn't know what a "SASE" was.
F. I couldn't afford two stamps.

G. I have my financial situation totally under control.

Do you fit into any of the above categories? If not, then what is your problem? Is it that you don't like money or peace of mind? If that is the case, then you are right: I can't help you. The information age has arrived and I'm determined to get you there, even if I have to drag you there kicking and screaming!

A new century is almost upon us, and with it will be a new and brighter outlook on chiropractic in the world. It's time to get prepared for both. Instead of lurking in fear of Y2K, adopt a new slogan that should be your mantra from now on - Y2C. Y2C is "yes to chiropractic." Put signs up in your office and start telling your patients to stop fearing Y2K and start focusing on Y2C. Forget the negative and focus on the positive. Y2C is here now, and it's time that you started making sure that you are ready for it. Remember Y2C.
