World Spine Care is a global charity on a mission to improve lives in underserved communities through sustainable, integrated, evidence-based spine care. WSC is currently serving communities in Botswana and the Dominican Republic, with more projects in the works.

The World Spine Care flagship clinic, which opened in late 2011 in Shoshong, Botswana, has had a steady stream of patients for the past 3.5 years. The reputation of WSC is nationwide with patients from all corners of the country seeking care.

Doctors of chiropractic, other providers and patients have long lamented prior authorization requirements because they can delay needed treatment, limit access and even cause some patients not to pursue care.
