It’s a new year and many chiropractors are evaluating what will enhance their respective practices, particularly as it relates to their bottom line. One of the most common questions I get is: “Do I need to be credentialed to bill insurance, and what are the best plans to join?” It’s a loaded question – but one every DC ponders. Whether you're already in-network or pondering whether to join, here's what you need to know.
Foundation to Host Webinar on Patient-Centered Medical Home
The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress is conducting a Webinar on Feb. 28. This program will feature a panel discussion on the foundation's newest white paper, "The Role of Chiropractic Care in the Patient-Centered Medical Home." The panel will include a dynamic team of experts, including Laura Carabello, Dr. Gerard Clum and Guy D'Andrea, who will discuss the PCMH, articulate the position of a DC within the model and provide guidance regarding local integration.
Reserve your seat at https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/910635582. Upon registering, all foundation monthly contributors will be granted access. Those who are not yet contributors will need to visit the foundation's PayPal account (click here) and contribute $20.00 for access.
This program is one that every doctor of chiropractic will want to attend. The PCMH is the next phase in primary care delivery and this will be your ticket to success!
