And with recent USDE requirements threatening to hamstring federal student financing for DC degree programs, chiropractic education is facing questions for which it has no immediate answers.

The U.S. Department of Education National Advisory Committee for Accreditation and Institutional Recognition is scheduled to convene on November 13 - 15, 1990. At that time, the Straight Chiropractic Academic Standards Association (SCASA) will have its application for renewal considered.
