For chiropractors practicing today, Dr. Warren Hammer’s legacy is particularly visible in several areas that have become familiar components of modern musculoskeletal care: his early work with the Graston Technique and instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization; his extensive writing and teaching on functional soft-tissue examination and treatment; his role in bringing fascial manipulation to U.S. clinicians; and his decades spent educating chiropractors and other health professionals.
Don't Worry -- Be Ready!
With all of the excitement regarding our Chiropractic Centennial, many people are wondering when they will be able to register. Some have even assumed that the event is already "sold out."
Fortunately, this is NOT the case. Due to the extensive planning that is required for an event of this magnitude, registration will not begin until the first of 1993.
There is, however, limited space at most of the functions. This is particularly true of the Birthday Gala in the birthplace of chiropractic (Davenport, Iowa) the weekend of September 15-18, 1995.
You won't want to miss a moment of the incredible festivities that will be part of our Centennial Celebration. This will be a time to include your entire family as well as your office staff.
So don't worry about missing your chance to be a part of this history making, once in a lifetime event!
Just be ready, and keep watching for announcements concerning what will truly be the greatest celebration the chiropractic profession has ever experienced.
