Refund requests are an unavoidable part of running a chiropractic practice. Whether a patient is unhappy with their care, believes an adjustment caused harm, or simply changes their mind, these situations must be handled carefully to avoid escalation. While chiropractors are not legally obligated to issue refunds in most cases, there are times when doing so is the best business decision to protect the practice.
You're Invited!
If you haven't seen it already, you are about to receive your personal invitation to the greatest celebration the chiropractic profession has ever known. The Chiropractic Centennial Celebration will be the party of the century and the kickoff to another 100 years of chiropractic.
Because of the enormity of this event, the Centennial will be celebrated as a two-part spectacular:
Washington D.C. -- July 5-9, 1995
Davenport, Iowa -- September 13-17, 1995
Every chiropractor in the United States will receive the following invitation:

If you haven't seen your invitation (or did and just forgot about it), don't wait another minute! Space will be limited at both locations. Call toll free, 800-DC4-1995 and tell the operator to put you on the advanced notification list. This will allow you to be notified as soon as registration begins. Please tell the operator if you plan to attend the Chiropractic Centennial Celebration in Washington D.C., Davenport, Iowa, or both.
DON'T MISS THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME EVENT!
