Because they have yet to pass national legislation protecting the chiropractic profession, Japanese DCs are in a similar situation that U.S. DCs faced. We were fortunate enough to be able to pass chiropractic licensure state by state. The DCs in Japan must accomplish this nationally, which has proved to be an extremely difficult task. CCE Executive Offices Move from Iowa to Scottsdale, Arizona
As a result of the action taken during the January 22, 1994 annual meeting of the Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE), it has been announced that the CCE executive offices will be moved from West Des Moines, Iowa to Scottsdale, Arizona. The Iowa offices will close its doors on Friday, July 29. Regular business activity of the CCE will commence at the new Arizona site beginning August 3, 1994.
As the CCE is expanding its operations to new areas of accreditation, a larger facility was deemed necessary. As for relocating to Arizona, year-round good weather was the major consideration, allowing easy accessibility for meetings of the Commission on Accreditation (COA) and the CCE Board, including workshops, seminars, symposia and retreats.
The new office site is approximately 4,000 square fee and within easy access to airport, hotels, and other facilities. The address of the new location:
7975 N. Hayden Road
Suite A-210
