Refund requests are an unavoidable part of running a chiropractic practice. Whether a patient is unhappy with their care, believes an adjustment caused harm, or simply changes their mind, these situations must be handled carefully to avoid escalation. While chiropractors are not legally obligated to issue refunds in most cases, there are times when doing so is the best business decision to protect the practice.
Free Subluxation Poster
There were many excellent scientific posters presented at the Association of Chiropractic College's (ACC's) 4th Annual Education Symposium. Among them was the poster "Vertebral Subluxation Complex: Basic Model & Clinical Application" by Charles "Skip" Lantz, DC, PhD, director of research at Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Lantz has kindly given permission for this poster to be reproduced and offered to the chiropractic profession in the center of this issue of Dynamic Chiropractic (please see pages 28-29). Feel free to remove this poster and utilize it in your practice.
For those interested in obtaining a copy of the poster that is suitable for framing, you may write to Dr. Lantz at 492 Scenic Road, Fairfax CA 94930, or contact him at:
