The Largest Health Care Directory Website Now Includes Doctors of Chiropractic
Editorial Staff

HealthGrades.com (www.healthgrades.com ) is the largest health care directory website on the internet, with over 64,000 visits per week. The website provides consumers with reliable directories and rating information on hospitals; physicians; health plans; mammography facilities; fertility clinics; nursing homes and assisted living residences. HealthGrades has now added a complete directory of over 60,000 doctors of chiropractic, including each doctor's name, address, phone number and a map to the doctor's office.

The inclusion of chiropractic on the HealthGrades site is the result of an agreement with Dynamic Chiropractic. Healthgrades will use DC's chiropractic database, which was recently verified against lists of licensed doctors of chiropractic from state licensing boards. HealthGrades' users will also have access to over 600 pages of information on chiropractic that will be provided by Dynamic Chiropractic's website, ChiroWeb.com. This section will continue to grow as additional chiropractic information and research are published.

The inclusion of the chiropractor directory will provide more exposure for each doctor of chiropractic. Through special alliances, HealthGrades enjoys traffic from such well-known internet sites as: iVillage.com, OnHealth.com, Newsweek.com, WashingtonPost.com, HealthAnswers.com and many others. Not only will consumers be able to access information on chiropractors near them, but other health care providers are expected to use Healthgrades' chiropractic directory.
