A Winner in and Out of the Office

Dr. Logan Sherman, a 2013 graduate of Parker University, won the 2015 Dallas Marathon on Dec. 13 with a finishing time of 2:27:28. Dr. Sherman practices at two locations in the Dallas area; not surprisingly, he works with many collegiate and professional athletes.

"I've trained 15 years for this," said Dr. Sherman after winning the race. "Every day has had a purpose. It's always led toward the Dallas Marathon. ... To cross the line first ... This has been my dream. This trumps everything."

As you might expect, Dr. Sherman competed in track and field in high school and college. At Parker University, he served as class president, and ran the 5K (which he won every year he was at Parker) and anchored the university's 10-mile relay team at the annual Chiro Games.
