Building on a historic March 2026 meeting between Make America Healthy Again and chiropractic leadership, MAHA has announced the launch of the MAHA Chiropractic Hub, “a coordinated national partnership uniting MAHA Center, MAHA Action, and the chiropractic profession, including national associations, state organizations, practitioners, educators, researchers, and patient advocates. The Chiropractic Hub will advance federal policy, expand patient access, and build broad public support for chiropractic care across America.”

Lorraine Golden, DC, founded Kentuckiana Children's Center in 1957 to provide chiropractic care to children with special needs regardless of their ability to pay. Over 50 years later, KCC is still a beacon of hope for many children thanks to the leadership and commitment of Jean Elizabeth Grabowski.
Jean Elizabeth became the executive director in 2001 and, amid many changes, and as the special needs population has grown vastly to include children on the autistic spectrum, she has been able to manage Kentuckiana Children's Center in a way that has kept the needs of the children at the forefront of every decision and expanded the center's services to include wellness care for all children.
Jean Elizabeth's heart and determination has directed Kentuckiana to many partnerships and relationships with advocacy and support groups such as FEAT (Families for Early Autism Treatment) of Louisville. Most importantly, the board of Kentuckiana Children's Center would like to express their gratitude to Jean Elizabeth on behalf of all the hundreds of children – many of whom do not have the ability to speak the words "thank you" – who have had the opportunity to come to KCC over the last 10 years.
Jean Elizabeth has been instrumental in creating an environment where Dr. Golden's dream of helping all children, regardless of their ability to pay, continues to be realized every day.
The Mission of Kentuckiana Children's Center is to improve the lives of children by providing a foundation for healing through integrative chiropractic care. The ongoing emphasis at Kentuckiana is on special programs individually designed to help the child with special needs. Our goal is to have each child reach their optimum potential.
