Developed by Susan McClelland, BS, CCA, FICC (hc) in partnership with the ACA, the twohour program can be accessed 24/7. "There seems to be a tremendous amount of confusion within the profession regarding Medicare," McClelland said. "This two-hour Webinar should provide a sound basis for clarifi cation of these requirements and provide a good starting point for improving our documentation error rate."
