It is estimated that 61% of patients with CTS avoid taking surgical options due to postoperative complications and costly surgical procedures. Chiropractic care offers a comprehensive and effective treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome, addressing the condition from multiple angles. Riekeman NOT Suing Palmer
Contrary to articles appearing in the Quad City Times and this publication (June 4, 2005 issue), Life University President Guy Riekeman, DC, is not currently suing the Palmer Chiropractic University Foundation. The original articles were based upon an April 14, 2005 filing by Dr. Riekeman's local attorney in the Scott County District Court of Iowa. While this filing did refer to a potential action between the parties, the filing was misinterpreted as a legal complaint. A follow-up conversation with Dr. Riekeman revealed that the filing was only procedural and did not include any current legal action.
