TCA Honors Cookeville DC as Chiropractor of the Year
Dr. Norman Atnip received the Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA)'s 1990 Chiropractor of the Year award. The recipient of this award is considered by his colleagues to have continually strived for excellence in the chiropractic health care field, and to have exhibited unequivocal leadership qualities. The TCA award is given annually to a practitioner in practice for more than 10 years, but less than 20.
Dr. Atnip currently serves as chairman of the TCA's Congressional Redistricting, and Stars for Chiropractic's Special Children councils. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), and is a participant in the ACA councils on chiropractic, orthopedics, and roentgenology. He is involved in various community organizations including the Cookeville Jaycees.
Dr. Atnip received a bachelor of science degree in human biology, and his doctor of chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic, Lombard, Illinois in 1971. He has been practicing in Cookeville, Tennessee for 18 years.
