Have you ever dreamed of the "perfect" vacation? Like a cluster of islands strung like pearls in turquoise seas, sun-drenched days followed by intoxicating nights of exotic beauty, adventure (don't forget romance!) ... lavish surroundings, all the means available to indulge every conceivable whim -- all with 'nary a glitch ... And -- well, you get the general idea. Cynics and seasoned travelers may laugh and say, "dream on."

Well, dream no more. Instead step aboard the Star Princess and experience a peerless travel adventure. For seven days (April 20-27) you can find the kind of Caribbean of which James Michener wrote, "It excites the imagination, lifts the spirit and may well make you its willing captive." And until now, such was only the stuff of which fairy tales were made.

Walk the gang-plank on April 20 and in the next seven days, lose yourself in splendid passage. The Princess will stop at San Juan, Barbados, Mayreau, Martinque, St. Thomas (where the duty-free allowance is $1,200!), and St. Maarten.

On board a polished all "Brit" crew, will see to your every comfort. On all 14 decks, tempting activities abound, with endless entertainment if you choose to actively "spectate" instead. Even the children have their own designated deck with their own activities director. On another deck the younger set gather in teen "mecca," which includes the "Off Limits Club" exclusively for younger travelers.

The rest of this spectacular floating resort is a fantasy-fair of fun and indulgence. There are spas and salons with the finest of appointments. Theaters (with first run movies); specialty bars and lounges; a romantic bistro featuring wine, champagne, and six different kinds of caviar; gambling casinos; volley-ball courts; a museum-class art collection, and even an authentic pizzeria are at your disposal. Then there is the Lido deck which is a veritable oasis of pools and spas, a waterfall and an in-pool bar. Dazzeling banquets prepared by Portugese and Italian chefs will satisfy the fussiest palate. (The desserts alone will send you into an epicurean euphoria!) Setting a new standard in cruise-lines are the unexpectedly large staterooms. Each is beautifully appointed and includes a closed-circuit television. All of this spell a "star-quality" vacation in a setting of acres of imported teak, mahogany furnishing, jewel-like bronze fittings, marble and granite accents, custom-milled carpets and custom-designed wall-coverings. Opulence, pure and simple.

The travel itinerary will provide ample opportunity to explore the six port of call -- each island diverse in personality and captivating spirit. Shoppers will discover "insane" bargains: for example, a one carat diamond tennis bracelet sells for about $400, approximately one-third of the price in the U.S. Other glorious buys for the saavy bargain hunter can be found in crystal and china ware, imported perfumes and other fine merchandise. Most of these duty-free islands offer excellent shopping advantages at a fraction of the usual cost.

And let us not forget to mention that Dr. Hammer will be conducting his top-notch 12-hour Soft Tissue Course on board ship. The seminar is co-sponsored by Cleveland Chiropractic College, license renewal credits have been applied for. There are still vacancies for registration, but early enrollment is advised. Our cruise seminars often sell-out early. It was our intention to insert a special brochure on this spectacular Caribbean vacation-seminar in every issue of "DC" we mailed. Unfortunately, we ran short of literature. If your copy of "DC" was one that did not include a Caribbean brochure and you are interested in more information, simply call our toll free Chiropractic Order Desk and we will be happy to send you one. For registration or a brochure, please dial 1-800-327-2289.

This April, wake up in a Caribbean dream world and let us captivate you.
