New York's highest court of appeals has held that no-fault insurers cannot deny no-fault benefits where they unilaterally determine that a provider has committed misconduct based upon alleged fraudulent conduct. The Court held that this authority belongs solely to state regulators, specifically New York's Board of Regents, which oversees professional licensing and discipline. This follows a similar recent ruling in Florida reported in this publication.
Dynamic Chiropractic Welcomes New Graphic Artist
DC is pleased to present our new graphic artist, 22 year-old Audra Palmero. Audra has a broad knowledge of most illustrative techniques including acrylics, oils, pastels, and charcoals, as well as computer graphics' programs. She also possesses skills in photography and animation techniques, and is currently involved in the art program at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California.
Audra's professional background includes work as a portrait and calligraphy artist at Disneyland. She has also designed greeting cards, business cards, and logos for individual businesses.
Audra will be directing her creative talents in the upcoming issue to developing logos for our illustrious columnist. We expect her artistic touch and flair to enhance the look of our publication.
