Steven Nudelman, DC, newly elected president of the Georgia Council on Chiropractic.

The Georgia Council of Chiropractic has elected its slate of officers and new members to its board of directors at its recent state convention.

President: Dr. Steven Nudelman, a Sherman College graduate, has been in private practice for 18 years. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he operates a family practice in Athens, Georgia.

Vice President: Dr. Glenda Dukes (Atlanta).

Treasurer: Dr. Alan Arnold (Mableton).

Secretary: Dr. Rod Justice (Peachtree City).

Immediate Past President: Dr. Brad Pizza (Hapeville).

New members of the board of directors:

Dr. Ron Heck (Cartersville).

Dr. Claire Welsh (Roswell).

Dr. Angel Tribuno (Marietta).

Doctors of chiropractic, other providers and patients have long lamented prior authorization requirements because they can delay needed treatment, limit access and even cause some patients not to pursue care.
