For more than two years, the Chiropractic Calendar on chiroweb.com has been the online source for upcoming chiropractic seminars and programs in the profession. Now, instead of entering a specific date or location, chiropractors now have the option of finding all chiropractic events listed on the calendar for the next 30, 60 or 90 days with just the touch of a button.

To see the changes that have been made, visit the Chiropractic Calendar at http://www.chiroweb.com/cgi-bin/calendar. The automatic displays for 30, 60 or 90 days are available at the top of the online calendar. Just click on the button of your choice to view all the chiropractic events in those time spans.

New York's highest court of appeals has held that no-fault insurers cannot deny no-fault benefits where they unilaterally determine that a provider has committed misconduct based upon alleged fraudulent conduct. The Court held that this authority belongs solely to state regulators, specifically New York's Board of Regents, which oversees professional licensing and discipline. This follows a similar recent ruling in Florida reported in this publication.
