When sports chiropractors first appeared at the Olympic Games in the 1980s, it was alongside individual athletes who had experienced the benefits of chiropractic care in their training and recovery processes at home. Fast forward to Paris 2024, where chiropractic care was available in the polyclinic for all athletes, and the attitude has now evolved to recognize that “every athlete deserves access to sports chiropractic."

Dr. Glenn Bub has been appointed chief of staff at the Logan Health Centers. Prior to his new position, Dr. Bub had served as the college's director of clinical services and director of student health services. A 1979 graduate of Logan, Dr. Bub joined the college faculty in 1987.
As chief of staff, Dr. Bub will be responsible for all clinical education and patient care service operations at Logan's four outpatient health centers, student health center, and three free clinics for homeless and indigent patients.
In other news, Duane Grierson, DC has joined the Logan faculty as a full-time clinician in the college's Montgomery Health Center, bringing more than 30 years of practice experience to the health centers. Dr. Grierson graduated from Logan in 1967 and previously operated a practice in Foristell, Missouri before returning to the college.
