If you are reading this article, I suspect you are a chiropractor currently treating patients with back pain, neck pain, and/or headaches. You may be caring for patients with neck pain following a motor-vehicle incident. Most likely, these patients have been whiplashed and are presenting with whiplash-associated disorders (WAD), including spinal sprains and strains, spinal joint dysfunction, cervical radiculopathy, or even worse, cervical disc herniations.
MCS Names "Chiropractor of the Year"
The Massachusetts Chiropractic Society (MCS) has named Dr. Peter Hill of Boston as their "Chiropractor of the Year" for his outstanding service. The award was presented during the MCS convention in Sturbridge.
Dr. Hill has been the vice president of the MCS since 1993 and has served on the board since 1991. He was the president of the Greater Boston Chiropractic Society (1989-1995) and is a member of both national chiropractic associations.
Dr. Hill devised and implemented the MCS advertising program for radio, TV and billboards, and helped give the MCS a presence on the web. He also spearheaded a letter-writing campaign to include chiropractic care in all health plans.
Dr. Hill has been in private practice since 1986. He resides in Weston with wife Barbara and daughters Hannah and Melissa.
