New York's highest court of appeals has held that no-fault insurers cannot deny no-fault benefits where they unilaterally determine that a provider has committed misconduct based upon alleged fraudulent conduct. Conducting a Search on ChiroWeb Made Simple
Since incorporating a new search engine earlier this year, Dynamic Chiropractic has received several inquiries about conducting a search for archived articles. To easier locate specific articles, ChiroWeb has created a new "Search Tips" page.
"Search Tips" includes information on conducting basic and advanced searches and shows users how to incorporate such features as plus signs, minus signs and Boolean operators (AND, OR, etc.) to make accurate searches. To learn how to use the search engine more efficiently, just click "How do I conduct a search?" on ChiroWeb's Archives page, or visit http://www.chiroweb.com/special/searchtips.html.
