Dear valued mbanet.com customer: Over the last two years, we have been testing and updating our software to ensure Y2K compliance and that we would be able to enter into the year 2000 with as few problems as possible. Although our efforts for the most part were successful, there were a few areas that unfortunately escaped our search. From the moment we became aware of any Y2K-related issues, our primary concern was to immediately correct the problems and distribute the corrected program version to our valued clients. We are pleased to say that the areas with Y2K issues have been addressed, a patch has been made available on our web site, and revision CDs are being shipped to all version 7 or higher clients that were affected with the Y2K problems.
Please accept our most sincere apology for any inconvenience your office may have encountered due to problems with the MBA-7000 program. Our clients come first, and we have done everything we can to correct all errors and distribute the patch as expeditiously as possible. We appreciate the opportunity you have given us to take the appropriate action to fix these problems in a reasonable, timely manner.
mbanet.com is committed to resolve any potential Y2K issues in our software (versions 7.0 and up). Any offices currently on versions 7.0, 7.5 and 8.0 will be upgraded to version 8.0x, free of charge. This may add some great additional features like Internet claims processing, claims file cabinet, medical records transfer, California first report, image and photo manager and much, much more!
Again, please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience.
